This Blog has a simple process you could use to make sure you always have something to say and that it is meaningful to your prospective customers

Here’s how I teach my insiders how to create a whole calendar of content in 10 minutes or less….

I call it content twister just like that game you must have played where you spin the dice and then the instructions tell you what to do next e.g. Left hand on red circle and so on..

So the worksheet is a grid, across the top you put down what their hot buttons are and on the vertical it has the style of communication (how to talk about them).

First, we need a list of Hot Buttons for your clients.

Hot Buttons

We need to speak to the top problems and goals of your market.

There are heaps of things you could talk to your prospects about and some of them are relevant, others not so much.  I want you to identify what I call the Key Decision Drivers.

Figure out which topics are really mean something to your prospects. If you talk about TOPIC A, 80% of your prospects’ ears will prick up, their eyes will get big, and they’ll salivate. This is the stuff that matters most.

What exactly is a hot button?

A hot button is any important and relevant issue to them.

Pushing hot buttons gives you the ability to (in a non-manipulative way) insert the right “pin” into the right place and create the reaction and response you want.

We will identify the top three problems and top three goals of your target market and only speak about those things – over and over again.

For example, if you’re an IT Services Provider and you help people with Network and Information Security systems, there’s a good chance one of the hot buttons is fast response time. It doesn’t have to be elaborate. It’s just as simple as that.

DELIVERY

Next in the vertical column we are going to put the writing style method, e.g. How to,  Q&A, Rant, mistakes, show and tell etc.

After completing the grid you are ready to play content twister with your content creator. Sheet 2 of the download.

Sheet 2 is a column of weeks 1 – 12 ( a quarter) and 1 columns 1 is the combination from 1 column and one row (eg row 3 column 4) maybe a “Don’t wait til it’s too late ….” – video [Topic – Hot Button].
